Terms of Service
Effective October 17, 2026
1. Who we are
Street Archive ("Street Archive," "we," "us") runs the Street Archive app and website at street-archive.web.app and app.streetarchive.com (together, the "Service"), a social network for independent fashion, sneaker, and street culture brands and the people who support them. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. You must be 18 or older
The Service is only for people who are at least 18 years old. When you sign up we ask for your birthday, and you agree that the birthday you give is true. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we will close it.
3. Your account
- You can sign up with email and password, Google, or Apple. Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Choose a username that isn't misleading, offensive, or someone else's name or trademark. We may reclaim usernames and brand handles that impersonate others or break these Terms.
- One person per account. Don't sell, transfer, or share your account.
4. Brand Hubs, stores, and teams
- If you create or claim a Brand Hub or store, you confirm that you have the right to represent that brand or business. We review new Brand Hubs, stores, and claims, and we can approve, decline, or remove them.
- Owners can add team members as Posters, Managers, or Admins. Owners are responsible for what their team posts.
- Store details (address, hours, and similar) should be accurate. Some store listings are added by Street Archive from public information. Owners can claim them.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, captions, comments, and other content you post ("Your Content"). You give Street Archive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, convert, display, and share Your Content in order to run, improve, and promote the Service. This includes showing it to other users, in feeds, on Brand Hubs and store pages you tag, in Echoes, and on public share-link pages. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared through the Service, backups kept for a limited time, and anything we must keep for legal or safety reasons.
Only post content you have the right to post. Credit photographers and creators. If your content includes other people, you confirm that they're adults and that they're okay with it being posted.
6. Community rules (zero tolerance)
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or do any of the following:
- Sexual content: nudity, sexual acts, pornography, or sexual solicitation, including links to adult sites. Fashion photos such as swimwear, lingerie, and shirtless fits are allowed.
- Anything sexual involving a minor. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
- Graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm or dangerous acts.
- Spam, scams, counterfeit goods, fake brands, fake giveaways, or misleading links.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy, including posting someone's private information.
- Selling illegal goods, or encouraging illegal activity.
- Hacking, scraping, or interfering with the Service, or creating accounts in bulk or by automated means.
7. How we moderate
- We use automated filters to catch sexual language in posts, comments, bios, and usernames. Content that clearly breaks the rules may be blocked or removed automatically.
- Anyone can report a post, comment, account, or Brand Hub, and anyone can block another account. Content that several people report may be hidden until a moderator reviews it. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
- We can remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, without notice when needed to protect people or the Service. If you think we made a mistake, email us.
8. Links, shops, and other people's content
Posts and Brand Hubs may link to other websites and online shops. We don't run those sites, and purchases you make there are between you and the seller. Content on the Service comes from its users and from the Street Archive blog. We don't promise that it's accurate, and we aren't responsible for it.
9. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email info@streetarchive.com with: your contact information, a description of the work, a link to the content, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 5 (for content already shared), 8, and 11 through 14 continue after your account ends.
11. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will always be available, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Street Archive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against Street Archive because of Your Content or your breaking these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent allowed by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we consent to those courts.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
16. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store: these Terms are between you and Street Archive, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and isn't responsible for any claims relating to it. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You also agree to follow Apple's usage rules.
